Privacy
This site asks for one thing: your email address, if you choose to join the waitlist.
What we keep
- Your email address.
- Whether you play on iPhone or Android, if you said.
- The date you joined.
Nothing else from the form. There are no cookies and no advertising on this site.
Confirming first
When you join, we send one email with a link to confirm. Until you use it, we keep nothing: your address travels inside the link itself, scrambled so only our site can read it, and the link stops working after seven days. If you never use it, you are never added.
Stopping misuse
So the form can't be used to flood someone's inbox, we count sign-ups for each network address and each email address. The counts are kept in a scrambled form, never the addresses themselves, and are gone within an hour.
Why
To tell you about Fair Puzzle: when there's something to test, and when it launches. Knowing iPhone or Android tells us which to test first. We won't use your address for anything else, and we will never sell it or give it away.
Who handles it
Fair Puzzle is made by Timurtek, and only Timurtek reads the list. It is kept by Resend, the service that sends our emails and keeps a record of the emails it sends. The site runs on Vercel, which carries your sign-up from the form to Resend and, like any web host, keeps short-lived request logs.
Leaving the list
Every email we send has a link to leave, which works at once. Or write to hello@timurtek.com from the address you joined with, and we will delete it from everything we keep. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
